Give the team's captain the responsibility to enter their own roster, let him decide whom in their roster is allowed to submit scores on their behalf. Besides being able to enter a batch of players at once, he's having a mini-management system to his own. The captain can track each player payment, jersey numbers, role (coach, co-captain, etc) and field positions.

Define division coordinators and let them deal with game disputes and comments. He's able to manage scores or reschedule games only in his division.

Have league managers deal with schedules, team's divisions and escalated disputes. Of course, he can also manage all the league scores, but isn't that the division coordinator's job?

Spirit coordinators are notified when bad spirit comments are entered in the score submission form. If required, he can start a private conversation between both captains and coordinators.

Most interesting feature to your members is the possibility to search for substitutes. We all know how hard sometime it is to find substitutes at the last minute. Let your members enter their availabilities per league and divisions in their profile and anyone can now search the database on different criteria.

Scheduling

At last an easy to use scheduling system yet powerful enough to be able to create a complete round-robin type of games for all your teams in a league. That could literally mean dozens of games per day over many weeks. The scheduling system will only use available venues and automatically distribute games in proper time-slots. At the same time, it will make sure the field is available and that the teams have not reached their limit of games allowed per day.

Batch creation are not published right away, this means a league coordinator can manually make some minor changes to games. When ready and satisfied, you can validate multiple games making them visible in the calendar.

Venues

Create a single venue with one address that will automatically be shown using Google Map. If you feel like it, create macros using our built-in features or use an external tool and allow your members to see the physical location of each fields. You can add as many fields as desired. Create a master schedule to your venue that all its fields share to allow the scheduling system to automatically determine the time-slots.

Scores and spirits, results and statistics

Stop managing every game results and let the captain enter their own score and spirit points. The system has a double validation process. Each team is responsible to enter both scores, the system will automatically check for score disputes and invalidate the score until a resolution is accepted. Best part, you can configure the system to send up to two reminders to captains who forgot to enter their results.

Schedules are viewed by day and grouped by divisions. Hovering your mouse over teams will display some information about the team. Detailed venue and fields information are also available in a nice pop-up without the need to navigate to other pages of the site.

Results are compiled in real-time per round and per division while statistics are for all rounds and all divisions.
