What « Commitment » means with us ?
By commitment, we mean that you plan on using our services for a certain period of time, it does not mean that you "must" use our services for that period of time.
Are you tied to our service?
No! You can change or cancel your plan at any time. Please see the details when changing or cancelling plans.
Are there penalties for cancelling a plan before the end of your commitment?
No, there are no penalities for cancelling your plan but we will readjust the final invoice to the most advantageous plan and charge for the monthly differences only.
For example, if you initially committed yourself to 12 months of the "League Plan" but only used 8 months of it, you will receive a final invoice of 45.00$ for the following reasons:
- Commitment downgrade from 12 months to 6 months : 6 months @ 5.00$ = 30.00$
- Months with no commitment : 2 months @ 7.50$ = 15.00$
How does it work when you want ot upgrade your plan ?
You have been using the software and you love it and you want to upgrade? You must contact us and we will make the necessary changes to your account so you can immediatly use your new functionnalities. Your current billing month will be readjusted to the new plan.
